Mark has been with 1-800 Contacts for 6 year. It has been an amazing company to work for. They are really good to their employees. Mark is in management there. It is a problem moving up in the company because no one leaves. Mark decided to apply to be a manager at a Target a few weeks ago. We are really excited to say that they hired him. He starts as an assistant manager and then in a few years he takes over a store. They seem like a great company to work for. We are sad to leave 1-800 Contacts, but are really excited to see where Target will take us.

Target is my favority store ever!!! If they ever open one up in Fairbanks they should fly Mark up here to help open it. I miss Target terribly!! I hope he likes his new job!
Good luck at the new job Mark! I agree with Kaci, Target is my favorite store. If it doesn't come from the grocery store or Target it isn't coming home with me... Mostly because I cannot make it out to any other places. Sad, but true.
Congrats on the new job!! I love TARGET! I went there the other morning and like 6 associates asked if I needed help at different areas of the store. I was so impressed that I told the Store Manager and filled out a Comment card (Grandma Clara would be proud)! There is an unbelievable contrast between Walmart and Target- I'll take Target anyday! Hope you guys had a Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Wow that is really awesome! Has Mark ever worked in retail before? I sure his first few weeks will be crazy with the Christmas crowd. Non the less that is awesome that he was able to get a cool job there. Which store will he be working at?
That is really great! I have heard that Target is a great company to work for. I can't cheer too much for them though, with Mike working for Kohls and all. If Mark ever wants to go to Kohls, he's got an in!
